Etisalat has made it possible to do Sim Swap over the air easily without having to visit any of the Experience Centres. In over the air Sim Swap, all one need to do is buy new SIM PACK, send the PUK and SERIAL NUMBER of the new and old Sim cards by calling customer care on 200 free of charge.
There will be the need to make available four numbers we constantly call.Usually within twenty four hours new SIM is activated. There you are, you are back on Air.
